This four-day course deals with the general operation and maintenance characteristics of centrifugal compressors and gas turbines.
Overall design and operation concepts along with basic operation and maintenance problems for turbo machinery are discussed. Other topics covered are bearings and seals, lubrication
systems, instrumentation, vibration analysis, flexible couplings, aero-thermal performance, and on-line condition monitoring. Emphasis is on providing practical information with
