Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has been chosen as the site of the first Asia-Pacific edition of the acclaimed Pipeline Pigging & Integrity Management Conference & Exhibition. PPIM Asia-Pacific 2012 will feature the same highly focused program and exhibition that has proved very popular with pipeline operators specifically interested in pigging, inspection and related integrity-management services.
PPIM is the industry's only forum devoted exclusively to pigging for maintenance and inspection, as well as pipeline integrity evaluation and repair. The event will draw engineering management and field operating personnel from both transmission and distribution companies concerned with improved operations and integrity management.
We encourage you to submit your abstract early, as our program
may be almost full by the final deadline. See below. |
You are invited to contribute to the proceedings of this vibrant international forum. Attention to pipelines has never been more intense, as their criticality to infrastructure and the incidence of failure due to aging and other factors have increased. Papers will be published in a printed volume distributed to the conference delegates and will be indexed and abstracted through important search and citation services.
We hope you will take advantage of this extraordinary professional opportunity and send your proposal for a presentation at PPIM Asia-Pacific. Proposals should include an abstract accompanied by the author's complete contact information and affiliation to:

Final abstracts deadline: 27 February, 2012
Final paper/presentation deadline: 1 May, 2012
Note: We do not necessarily require a formal written paper. However, we do require that presentations be amply documented with copies of all substantive slides, viewgraphs, handouts, etc. Often a printed copy of a PowerPoint file will serve this purpose, if the slides contain a suitable amount of detail.
