Payment

Payment by check, credit card or bank transfer is due in full prior to the start of the conference. Early registration ends January 10, 2005.

Cancellations/substitutions

Cancellations made in writing and received on or before January 21, 2005 will be refunded less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations received after January 21, 2005 will not be refunded, and the full invoice fee will be payable regardless of whether you attend the event or not. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Confirmation will be made in writing as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. This confirmation will be sent to the address given on the registration form, unless otherwise required. The organizers reserve the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment. In this event fees will be refunded in full. However, the organizers assume no liability for travel or any expenses other than fees paid.

Exhibition-only Registration

Operators and non-vendors: $25 pre-registration, $50 onsite
Vendors: $50 pre-registration, $100 onsite

NOTE: "Visitors" are here defined as persons who are not employees, representatives or affiliates of exhibiting companies. Personnel employed by or representing exhibiting companies must register as additional exhibitor staff. Use the Registration link below.
