Exhibition Booking Form
A limited number of exhibit spaces are available in the foyer adjoining the conference hall and also within the conference room itself (see Stands 9-17 - these stands will not be accessible during the conference technical sessions).
Each space is 3x3 metres and is suitable for table-top or portable display units. As the number of spaces is limited, only one unit of space may be booked.

To reserve space
1. Print and complete this form.
2. Sign it.
3. Fax the signed form to +1 713 521 9255, attn. Traci Branstetter.
4. We will send an invoice for the amount due.
5. Email a brief description of the services or products you will be displaying to Traci@clarion.org.
The Exhibit Space fee of US$2995 includes:
- One duplex 230v/50Hz electrical outlet ((plug type E - Europe))
- Two chairs and one draped table (approximately 180 x 70cm)
- Registration of up to two persons as Exhibition Staff, inclusive of lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and receptions. Additional exhibition staff may be registered at the cost of $295 per person
Conference registration is not included and must be made separately for those wishing to attend the technical presentations. For conference registration, please click here.

Payment
Payment in full is required on or before 1 October, 2008. Fees are non-refundable, unless the conference is cancelled by the organizers, in which case any fees paid will be refunded in full. The organizers assume no liability for travel or any expenses other than fees paid.
