Each 8 x 10 ft unit of space is $2695. Each unit of space includes 1 FREE conference registration ($895 value) and 1 FREE exhibit staff registration ($95 value), inclusive of lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and receptions, plus limited number of FREE passes to visit the exhibition (regularly $25 per person).
Note: Free passes are for exhibitors' Operator Company clients and prospects only and may not be used by exhibiting company or by other vendor/service company personnel.)
Also included (per space): One 6-foot draped table (white on white), 2 chairs, waistbasket, and two 110-volt electrical outlets.
Additional exhibition registrations: $95 each, OR choose one of these three value packages*:
Electric power - Two 110-volt outlets will be provided with each 8 x 10 unit of space. You do not need to order electrical power unless you require more than this.
Additional conference registrations: $795 each (includes full conference registration, meals, receptions). See below for registration procedure for additional personnel.
