You are invited to contribute to the proceedings of this vibrant international forum. Attention to pipelines has never been more intense, as their criticality to infrastructure and the incidence of failure due to aging and other factors have increased. Papers will be published and distributed to the conference delegates in encrypted PDF format. In addition, beginning in 2021, papers presented at the conference will be live streamed to an online audience.
